Our Shipping & Return Policy
As soon as an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. Within 3 - 7 business days, you will receive an email letting you know that your order has been shipped along with a tracking number.
Redirecting an order:
Please make sure your shipping address is correct as orders CANNOT be redirected once sent out.
Taxes & Duties:
Prices displayed on the website do not include taxes. When you proceed to purchase your order, sales tax (where applicable) and shipping charges will be calculated on the total value of merchandise, and will be displayed on the Order Summary page.
For customers outside of Canada (United States), you will be solely responsible for paying duty fees when your package arrives.
In order to start a return, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. items sent back to us without requesting a return first will not be accepted. for any other questions and concerns about returns, please contact us at email@example.com.
Exceptions / non-returnable items:
If you received your order in a damaged condition, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. In order to receive a full refund, the product you ordered must be in the plastic seal it came in and within the 15 days of purchase. If the plastic seal has been broken and 15 days has passed since purchase, you are no longer eligible for a refund.
Once your return has been approved by us, the funds will be returned to your bank account or back to your credit card. This process can take up to a few days.
